Carebeans started with a clear mission: to eliminate the overwhelming administrative burden faced by care home managers and staff while ensuring NHS and CQC compliance automatically.
The founders, who were experienced care home operators, envisioned a digital platform that would handle administrative tasks end-to-end, give regional managers real-time visibility across multiple facilities, and make audits effortless. What started as a pilot with 10 care homes became the industry standard across 400+ facilities. The platform’s success attracted acquisition interest from a major healthcare services group that recognized its strategic value. Carebeans got acquired by Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) in 2024.
