RippleHire was founded by recruitment industry veterans who were frustrated with the manual, time-consuming nature of candidate processing. Recruiters were spending 4–6 hours daily parsing resumes, entering candidate data, matching profiles to jobs, and managing compliance documents.
The founders envisioned an AI-powered platform that would automate the busywork of resume parsing, data entry, and candidate matching, so recruiters could focus on building relationships. They needed a tech partner who understood both AI/ML and recruitment workflows.
What started as a platform for their own agency became a white-label SaaS for 500+ recruitment agencies across India. The platform’s innovation earned RippleHire a spot in NASSCOM’s prestigious Emerge50 cohort of India’s most promising startups.

Before building the platform, we trained AI models on Indian recruitment data. We collected 50,000 anonymized resumes and job data from RippleHire and partner agencies.
