1. Refund policy

1.1 The Company will provide a refund only in the following circumstances :

a. The Company fails to deliver the agreed-upon Services as outlined in the statement of work.

b. The Client cancels the Services before the commencement of work, subject to a cancellation fee as specified in the statement of work.

1.2 The Client must submit a refund request in writing, providing detailed reasons for the request. The Company will review the request and determine the eligibility for a refund within a reasonable timeframe.

2. General Provisions

2.1 These terms and conditions represent the general framework governing the relationship between the Company and the Client. Any specific details or modifications to these terms agreed upon by both parties and documented in a signed statement of work or separate agreement shall supersede and prevail over these general terms.

2.2 No oral representations or agreements not included in a signed written agreement shall have any force or effect.
